Image Uploader

The Image Uploader tool allows you to upload images to a Module Library in bulk, in the event that a large quantity of images needs to be uploaded.

Only .jpg images can be uploaded to an Image Library as this allows MC to manipulate the image for display in different sizes throughout the application. Individual images should not exceed 10MB in size.

Upload images using the Image Uploader tool:

1. Select Tools > Image Uploader from the Main Menu.

   The Image Uploader opens.

2. Select the module you want to upload to from the Module field.

3. Select the repair center you want to upload to from the Repair Center field.

4. Choose between two options:

   • Add images using the drag and drop method:

     1. Open a file directory adjacent to the Image Uploader.

     2. Drag .jpg files onto the white area below the Add button.

        As your cursor moves above the correct area, a Move message displays. Images can be dragged one at a time or in group.

        Individual images should not exceed 10MB in size.

     3. Release the cursor.

        The images are added to the field.

   • Add images using the Add button:

     1. Click Add.

        A file directory opens.

     2. Locate and select the images you want to upload.

        Individual images should not exceed 10MB in size.

     3. Upload the images.

        The file directory closes, and the images display in the Image Uploader.

5. Click Close.

   The uploaded images are now available on the Library tab of the specified module when attaching photos to a record.
